These are the important reasons this project must not go ahead:- 1. Desecration of our lovely scenic countryside, this will destroy it including wildlife etc. 2. Flooding which is getting worse all over the UK. The extra water that would have to join our drainage system which now struggles. 3. Years and years of noise pollution and disturbance to all the residents in our area. 4. Devaluation of everyone's property. We purchased ours in 2015 as a quiet little village and looking forward to living an idyllic lifestyle. We have invested a great deal of money renovating it so it would suit us as our forever home. We open our garden every year for the church and once for the St Elizabeth Hospice, Ipswich. That is how much it meant to us. I know people who have lost perspective purchases due to the possibility of this absurd substation going ahead. 5. Size well has already been destroyed so wouldn't that have been a more suitable and cost effective location?
