I wish to object in the strongest terms. Our countryside is fast disappearing. It would have a huge impact on all of the following: the countryside; wildlife; woodland; pollution, both noise and air; and impact on the road network; tourism. There are plenty of other spaces, not close to towns and villages i.e. Leicestershire, which could 'house' this type of transformation. This part of East Anglia would never recover. I know this will be a waste of time as money always wins. But how could you!?!
