Cumulative effect of up to 7 energy projects is too much on communities and the local environment. Fragility of eroding Thorpeness cliff is a danger to public and homes. Construction activity would intrude into tourist activities and reduce visitor numbers to coast attractions. Permanent closure of countryside rights of way including closure of footpath crossings on the local rail lines.
