I object to the planning permission being granted for this application because of the irreversible Damage to our untouched countryside and wildlife that would never be the same again if this project was allowed to gain planning permission. Our local economy depends on the tourist trade and no tourists would want to come here to see one long massive building site With all the lorries noise and mess that would be created. We have four horses which we ride regularly on the bridal paths Which pass the back of our house at Sizewell, if this project was granted planning permission the bridal path‘s and footpath’s which we use every day would be closed or too dangerous to use so we couldn’t go riding or walking as we do every day. This project is far too intrusive for the Sizewell & Friston area. The local road infrastructure is not suitable for the massive increase in heavy traffic and we will be risking our lives and others trying to pull out of our drive onto the Sizewell Road with a horse Lorry or 4x4 with a large trailer. SPR have listened to our concerns and all we get is that they will mitigate against it they don’t tell us how. This project should’ve never come to this area, somewhere like BentWaters airbase was more suitable for the substation and the cable trenches would’ve been mostly through farmland.
