This proposal rides roughshod over Suffolk Coast and Heaths AONB with scant regard for the time, money and effort that has been spent creating one of the country's most important wildlife habitats. The inland proposed position will not only be highly detrimental to wildlife but create what could be the first of a series of ill-conceived blots on an unspoilt landscape. There are alternative options for siting and infrastructure that have not been given any serious consideration and whilst these may be more expensive initially the need for and aim of sustainable energy is to PROTECT the environment not destroy it.
