I am very, very, concerned about the size and scale of the suggested works which will lead to a huge impact not only on the land selected for the substation and cliff areas for cabling and trenching but the surrounding areas where local roads will be impassable and air, noise and light pollution will be seriously effected, if not ruined and lost for many years to come. This will reduce the number of tourists and visitors to the and a severe knock on effect local business , which can lead to sterilisation and possible death of neighbourhoods. It is not worth risking and losing the many, many benefits the local areas offer to so many people with the proposed development.
