This is an inappropriate development for the area. It will be in very close proximity to houses, schools, businesses and medical facilities. There is a poor road infrastructure serving the area, from all incoming routes. Prime agricultural land will be affected negatively by the, inevitable, polluting output (prevailing West wind). There will environmental damage to water courses; this is Fenland. There is an obvious flooding risk to houses, businesses and infrastructure. The proposed development will bring NO employment benefit. Instead existing employers will leave the area; particularly those involved with food.
