My concerns for the proposed incinerator include: 1) Location - both for the immediate vicinity (ie. impact on residential, educational and business premises around the site) and for the transport/logistical impact (such as the level of additional traffic and the already congested A47) 2) Health - again, given the proximity to the above and including 'downwind' implications across a much wider area 3) Purpose - the focus should be on reducing waste - not looking at how to dispose of it.
