I have significant objections to the proposed incinerator plant in Wisbech which is the subject of this application to the Inspectorate. As a local resident, living within a mile of the proposed site, I have major concerns about the following matters: 1. The health implications for local residents. 2. The disruption to local traffic certain to be caused during any construction of the plant. 3. The disruption to local traffic certain to be caused by the day-to-day operation of the plant.
