Health reasons. Not all particles or gases are captured or minitored by filters in the chimney stack. With prevailing winds particulates will decend on King's Lynn. Waste can, and should be , reused or prevented. All the Statutory Consultees, Norfolk County Council, King's Lynn & West Norfolk Borough Council, Cambridgeshire County Council and Fenland District Council, have objected. I make similar objections to all those objections for a similar proposed plant in King's Lynn which was rejected.
