I have serious concerns about the impact of an incinerator of this size on the physical and mental health of local residents, especially young people at the school within the immediate proximity of the proposed incinerator. This is already a shockingly deprived area with excessive levels of mental illness - speaking as a psychotherapist of 30 years experience I believe the social and environmental impact of this project will badly affect residents.
