It has come to our attention that there is a discrepancy between the deadline set in the Examination Timetable and The Examining Authority’s Written Questions arising out of Issue Specific Hearing 1 for responses. For the avoidance of doubt, the deadline is Deadline 2, Wednesday 20 March 2024 and the Questions have been corrected accordingly. We apologise for any confusion this may have caused.

We have been advised that there will be a charge for parties to park at the venue for the Preliminary Meeting/Hearings being held in the week commencing 5 February 2024. Parties should be aware of this in advance. We understand that there is other parking, and public transport facilities, nearby.

The Applicant has informed the Planning Inspectorate that some persons with a legal interest in the land affected by the Proposed Development were not notified of the accepted application and were therefore not made aware of the period within which they could make a Relevant Representation.
The Applicant has now notified the omitted persons who have been allowed further time to make Relevant Representations. Anyone who has received the Applicant’s notification dated 18 October 2023 and wants to make a Relevant Representation should please contact us at Rampion2@planninginspectorate.gov.uk or telephone 0303 444 5000.

The Examining Authority requested the submission of initial PADS alongside Relevant Representations by the deadline of 4 November 2023. However, as that deadline has recently been extended, for the avoidance of doubt the PADS initial submission deadline has also been extended, to 6 November 2023.
