I run a Dementia Care Home for 55 vulnerable dementia patients (REDACTED) - the works are close to the southern boundary of my property. I need assurances ; 1. There will be no noise impact during the trenching works - the patients in our care are sensitive to this and have the right to a peaceful stay/end of life 2; There will be no amenity impact, 3. There will be no Business impact.
