We OBJECT to the proposed project mainly for the following reasons. Lack of consultation, and information Alternatives for cable route and substation - what are they? Traffic pollution, delays along the A272 and through Cowfold village The use of single track width restricted lanes (Kent st , Picts lane) by construction traffic or becoming 'rat runs'. (our front door is less than 5 foot from the edge of Kent st lane) The damage to wildlife, flora and fauna, water, light and noise pollution , we walk regularly through the fields and woods that would disappear with the proposed substation.
