installing wind turbines only around 8km from the coast is not within Government Guide lines , being on the edge of the South Downs National Park they should be sited at a much greater distance from the coast , where incidently there may be a more reliable wind. This part of West Sussex has great reliance on its tourist industries - these turbines will have a detrimental effect by destroying the sea veiws for which it known. The area East of Selsey has fishing grounds and great efforts have recently been made to re grow Kelp and other seaweeds to improve the fish envirionment
