The near shore trawler ban has allowed the Sussex Kelp Forest Project to start to regenerate. Climping Beach residents are talking to research organisations to see if Climping Beach would be a good habitat for native oysters. There are so many plus factors with kelp and oysters. Rampion 2 would disturb the seabed, releasing stored Carbon dioxide and sediment which will put these projects back years.
