The proposals for this wind farm are unacceptable and have not been consulted on fully or correctly by the applicant. The benefit of energy production in this form is still unproven without the support of conventional (fossil fuel) production. The windfarms, in an increasingly unstable political world backdrop, are a vulnerable unprotectable asset. It is an unwise risk. The location of the proposed development is too near the shore and the visual impact of the windfarms will be of great detriment to the sea view, (even from the south downs national park, proof being the existing windfarm) and wellbeing of those seeking it (the solace of that view) and those who currently enjoying it (amenity).
