We live on the sea on Middleton on Sea beach. The wind farm proposed would be directly in our view. There is no need to have it so high or so close to the coast that the sea views will be impacted for all the local residents and the visitors to the beach. This will reduce the value of the houses and also reduce the people visiting the village and thus the trade in the village. Many people rent their houses out during summer and the eyesore of the huge wind farm will directly affect these revenues. We also have a boat and fish, waterski and ringo off middleton beach as well as have a lobster pot in the summer. The wind farm will reduce our ability to get out to sea and reduce the options to get to the isle of Wight. Yet again we ask that the wind farm be reduced in height and pushed further out to sea so it does not impact daily life on land. There is no reason not to reduce the height to normal levels and push it further into the sea so these impacts are minimised!
