My main concern is over the siting of this proposed development. It is too close to the coastline rather than being truly offshore, the proposed construction is also so large it is going to have material and significantly negative visual impact. The plan does not appear well thought out, this part of the country is blessed with records of the highest sunshine hours in the country, so there are more sustainable projects better suited to the area. We are not so blessed with consistently strong winds - there are far windier parts of the country. I can remember the droaning of the excavation when Rampion 1 was being built, this additional phase is going to be far closer and the windmills are intended to be far bigger and presumably the foundations far deeper. Construction into the night is going to cause significant stress to me and to the rest of my family.
