Although we have received numerous communications from RWE's agents Carter Jonas since July 2020, it is clear that their goal has been to cover the minimum of formalities that the planning process requires. While it is arguable that this has not happened anyway, at no point have we been able to gain any kind of clear indication or assurance about how long we will be impacted by this project if it is approved. In my view, that is why negotiations with the vast majority of the affected landowners are currently stalled.
