The proposal is within inshore waters not offshore and the height of the turbines will impact on the South Downs and coastal properties. Breeding grounds for fish will be lost and tourism adversely affected. Off shore cables are proposed to be laid through the South Downs National Park Impacting on the wildlife and the countryside
