To whom it may concern, I oppose the proposals. I feel the Cowfold community hasn't been consulted properly. I, and others I know of in the area, haven't received any information about the proposals, no maps, no leaflets, nothing at all. Therefore, I feel that the organisers of this proposal have deliberately tried to avoid the local communities feedback. This concerns me as I believe the effects of the site hasn't been properly examined. I believe the impact of the proposals will have a very bad impact on our livelihood. I believe the current road networks are not suitable as the A272 is already a highly congested road. The lanes such as Wineham Road and Kent road are also not suitable for the high volume of traffic that has been suggested. My partner and I regularly walk around the lake at Oakendene and enjoy the natural views and the wildlife that have a habitat in this area. This will be ruined if the proposals go through and vastly affect the rural value of the area. With such unique wildlife in the area such as water voles and doormice, we need to protect these animals and the areas the sensitive ecosystem that exists. I strongly oppose the proposals. I feel we as local residents have never been consulted in the 3 years we've lived here. Regards Rob Comolli Local resident
