  • Serious concerns regarding transport and traffic - the impact on the A272 will be huge and it is already one constant traffic queue - the disruption once live and during construction will have a massive negative impact to local residents well-being - The access point has not been well considered and is too close to the Kent Street junction, and this bit of road is already very dangerous - When the A272 was recently closed due to (another) accident, the impact on the local lanes was massive - there was gridlock on single-lane roads, cars stuck in the mud, further accidents, and tempers of drivers to deal with - The scale of the development is completely inappropriate for the location and is completely out of place in this countryside setting. The visuals presented to date have been prepared to look favourably and are not a realistic representation of how it will be - The impact on local wildlife will be completely detrimental to the environment - Whilst I am not against this form of development the location is wholly inappropriate - The environmental impact does not appear to have been fully considered
