Rampion 2 proposed installing over 100 wind turbine that are around 325m to blade tip ( same as Eiffel Tower height). They will be located as close as 16km from parts of the West Sussex shoreline having a very significant high impact on the Sussex Bay seascape day and night. Its is within 16km of the RSPB Pagham Harbour Nature Reserve, famous for its breeding and migrating birds. The construction and operation will negatively impact wildlife, migrating birds and sealife together with significant disturbance for the local communities and visitors
