The burning of fossil fuels must be phased out as earth's climate is in danger of exterminating much, if not all of life on it. Allowing companies to find little actions they can take in order to let them carry on burning fossil fuels is not the right way to go. Such companies have demonstrated that they have technical knowledge and enterprise. They should be encouraged to phase out their present operations quickly and use those qualities for the good of our planet and all its valuable life forms.
