I do not believe that good agricultural land should be used for solar. I believe this is lazy planning and there is significant building, both residential and commercial in the area, including distribution hubs at the M42 J11 with vast roofs ideal for solar panels. In addition the Dracan development is underway and should have solar panels on all roofs.
