Level of traffic through the construction phase through Rosliston and the surrounding villages all of which have primary schools are accessed via narrow roads and already are impacted by speeding traffic. Changes to the landscape that impact the local water courses which in turn impact flooding in the local area. The impact on the visual landscape as we are in the heart of the national forest and have access to footpaths and bridlepaths so would hope there would be plenty of options though out the 400 acre sight to compensate for the change to green landscape. I am interested to hear more about the community benefit fund and how this will impact the local area, how will it be managed and priorities agreed that will benefit the local community.
