Surely the rule is that solar arrays may not be put on viable agricultural land, so I am against this proposal. This land can grow a good range of crops with decent yields. This scheme and others like it if they go ahead will threaten food security. Access for HGVs during construction will have a massive detrimental impact on roads and communities. Land drainage would be adversely affected and be a detriment to the area. The land would be sterilised for decades.
