I object to the project on the grounds of the adverse environmental impact for local residents in setting up and maintaining the project and the loss of good agricultural land and associated skills. The project will result in noise, increased traffic and as a by product of that air pollution. Local roads are poorly maintained and the addition of heavy plant using these roads will be significant. Has recompense for damage caused to vehicles due to the deterioration of local infrastructure been factored into the costs? What will be the process for claiming from project owners as the responsible body be for this? What is being put in place to monitor air pollution generated by the project and how have the needs of local residents with health conditions exacerbated by poor air quality been assessed and what is the risk management strategy for protecting the health and well-being of affected persons? How will the lost agricultural land be replaced. What is the strategy for ensuring the skill base needed to return the land to agricultural use at the end of the lease period will be available locally?
