Coton in the Elms is in an area including Rosliston and Walton on Trent that are very quaint and one of the last areas that are like this. The whole area is abundant of wildlife including trees and not over developed. Growing population why destroy all wildlife and reduce food growing areas. The villages as it is are effected by hgv, larger vehicles and this will substantially effect the small roads and quality of living. The farmland is far too close to these beautiful unspoilt villages. Burton on Trent and South Derbyshire are becoming very industrial with numerous logistic firms and now this solar farm will further eat into and spoil the south derbyshire unspoilt area that is left. House prices will be impacted. Noise humming from the site will definitely be heard. The power station at Drakelow was demolished which meant some posdible wildlife would benefit however this is becoming a large housing estate so the villages of Coton, Rosliston and Walton on Trent and surrounding countryside is the only area left.
