Walton on Trent resident. Traffic already horrendous in the village due to ongoing bridge saga. Even if bridge built added Solar farm build traffic on top of so much local industrial development and housing will destroy any future for the village. Road conditions already in terrible condition, additional construction transport will further this deterioration. Visible fencing, solar panels, containers and buildings will badly affect the local visual aspect of the area. Waste of good farmland when this should be retained for food production. Brownfield or poor farmland should be used for such projects. Wildlife in the area will again be hard hit after years of gravel extraction, the old power station and new industrial building, the area has had enough damage. We have had half a dozen severe floods in 23/24 winter against 1 on a normal winter, existing building projects have added to this, this project will make that worse. Fire risk will increase due to batteries. Noise pollution in addition to hum from existing pylons.
