Travel disruption in an already very congested small village following continued delays to replacing Bailey Bridge by developer who has not complied with planning conditions leaving zero faith that these developers will adhere to conditions. The lanes around the development are already in need of urgent repair. There will be increased mud and wear and tear during construction. We already encounter difficulties with flooding this development will increase rainwater run-off substantially. Travel is already difficult in the whole area especially during peak times and this will compound that during construction, afterwards drivers and residents will suffer from glint and glare and noise and will have lost the views, wildlife and habitat that attracted them to live in the area.
