The Examining Authority has issued an invitation to the resumed Preliminary Meeting. This letter also contains notification of hearings and the updated draft Examination Timetable.

Following the Procedural Decision (PDF, 168KB) issued on 22 October 2024 by the Examining Authority to adjourn the Preliminary Meeting, the previously published draft Examination Timetable shown in Annex D of the Rule 6 letter (PDF, 900KB) issued on 24 September has not been confirmed. A new draft timetable will be issued in due course, alongside an invitation to a resumption of the Preliminary Meeting.

The Examining Authority have today issued a Rule 9 and Rule 17 Procedural decision letter requesting further information dated 22 October 2024 (PDF, 168KB and Action Points from Preliminary Meeting Part 1 (PDF,130KB)


The Examining Authority today made the decision to adjourn the Preliminary Meeting. Therefore the Compulsory Acquisition Hearing 1 (CAH1) scheduled for 14:00 on 22 October 2024 and the Issue Specific Hearing 1 (ISH1) scheduled for 09:30 on Wednesday 23 October 2024 has been postponed.

The Examining Authority (ExA) has today (22 October 2024) announced their procedural decision to adjourn the Preliminary Meeting and delay the start of the Examination.

The Compulsory Acquisition Hearing 1 (CAH1) scheduled for 14:00 on 22 October 2024 and the Issue Specific Hearing 1 (ISH1) scheduled for 09:30 on Wednesday 23 October 2024 has therefore been postponed.
