The comment below refers to the question of permissive footpaths, for which I have not yet received an answer. Can the operator guarantee that, for the duration of their occupation of the site, the permission relating to all of the permissive footpaths mentioned in their submission will not at any stage be withdrawn? If there is any footpath for which the permission might be withdrawn, this should be made clear in advance, as that footpath must therefore not be considered a permanent benefit of the application.
