This solar farm is crucial to achieving net-zero emissions, increasing biodiversity in the UK and crucially, it will not contribute towards the loss of wildlife, because humans have already reduced the British Isles from one great big forest to numerous monocultures. Wildlife has been declining all over the UK, and changing farmland into solar farms will not increase this loss of wildlife and biodiversity in the world. I fully support the solar farm project. It will reduce our reliance on fossil fuels, which will partly inhibit the carbon dioxide emitted into the atmosphere. We need to switch to renewable forms of energy, including solar, for the sake of our children. This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for us to help save our world from total destruction, including our own species.
