I feel that the size of the site is far too large and will directly impact on those whom live in close proximity. With a little more planning, breaking it down into smaller sites would lesson the impact. I know that the will increase the cost of the supporting infrastructure and need consideration of other sites. In the long run it will make the site more palatable for all concerned.
