The total site area is immense. Visual harm and loss of agricultural food producing land. Unconvinced that the proposed mitigation area will continue to hold such status. Inevitable construction traffic disruption on the narrow country roads for 2 years or more. The foregoing viewpoints encapsulates our main views but we are aware of other community sponsored objections relating to possible battery storage, biodiversity and loss of habitat, recreational amenities, flooding, archaeology and heritage. It is our sincere hope that this proposed development of the Mallard Pass Solar Farm be rejected and the application refused on the basis that it is inappropriate in size and will lead to irrecoverable damage to large tracks of the surrounding open countryside, including the loss of agricultural food producing land.
