-the overwhelming size of the installation, the visual impact of this on the local area and impact on wildlife. - the efficiency of the installation and quality of solar panels used, the additional landfill when replacing these units - effect on local businesses particularly those reliant on tourism -effects on wildlife, biodiversity and the lake effect caused to migrating birds - effect on public footpaths and local house prices - safety of energy storage -increased run off and flood impact
