Our family home sits right in the middle of the development, formerly known as [Redacted] a home we have owned and loved in for 20+ years. There will be considerable traffic and disruption during the set up and installation phase of this. Countless lorries and heavy goods vehicls down lanes which are not designed for their weight. Our drinking water comes from a bore hole on site, what consideration has been given to this, if any assessment about ground disturbance or any impact to basic living. Part of the proposed site is directly visible from our home and will not be able to be hidden behind trees or hedges as these are being removed. Our home is a handful situated within the designated area, al beit the whole village of essendine will be affected as well. Our home was bought as it is in a rural location 3 miles from any businesses or impacting factors, but now with a development right on our doorstep this will very much impact every part of our lives. Consideration must be given for The Human Rights Act 1998, specifically; Article 1 of the First Protocol: Protection of property Article 8: Respect for your private and family life
