  1. Mallard Farm has not understood the effect on the approx. 200 fallow deer whose range include part of the proposed solar farm. 2 .Greatford is occasionally subject to flooding from the West Glen river. I am concerned that any increased run off of rain water from the solar farm site (as a result of compressed ground from heavy plant) will enter the river running parallel on the SW side of the railway and so increase the flow through Greatford threatening those properties that have suffered in recent history. I am not aware of Mallard conducting any work on this possibility and investigating any mitigation measures. 3. I regard this project as a misuse of agricultural land that produces food for the nation, at the expense of industrialising a rural landscape. 4. This project relies too much on importing material from China when the UK should be seeking alternative sources of material for its energy production.
