Having held a public meeting a high percentage of the parishioners of Carlby Village are against this Mallard Pass Solar factory on the ground of the huge scale of this project in the rural landscape. Many of the sites for solar arrays are on gentle rolling landscape and will be highly visible from a wide area. Resident raised various issues against this project and as a Parish Council we would like to represent residents collectively against this project.
