The country is short of power, we need new providers urgently and this project meets that criteria. Having travelled in South Africa where in the Western Cape they are without power for up to 6 hours per day the effect on peoples lives but importantly businesses is catastrophic. The site has little agricultural value and besides given the new trade deals made with Australia and New Zealand UK agriculture will have to change from mass production of wheat which is a world commodity.
