I strongly object to this proposal. The scale is ridiculous for the smallest county in the country. Why are we losing valuable farming land where we can grow our own produce. Why not install solar panels on all the new builds that are being built up and down the country. Surley you would be able to have more solar panels if you put them on everyone roofs?
