Waste of quality agricultural land. Increase in heavy commercial vehicle movements during construction and for service in an existing tipper truck lorry blighted area. Unsightly nature and the inevitability of a poorly screened installation of such high panels. The impact of such a huge, dedicated single area of metal and glass on the countryside, when smaller, dispersed sites on brown-field locations would be more responsible.
