- There will be continuous noise, pollution, disruption, and damage to property and surrounding area. * It will increase the impact of heavy HGV lorries and project associated workforce and vehicles through Essendine. * This proposed development will seriously impact the value of our property. * The grass area in front of our property is our responsibility to maintain as included within our property deeds. * [Redacted] I need immediate unhindered access to and from my property at all times. * I feel a major concern must be the significant loss to the quality of life in Essendine.
