- The vehicles entering and exiting the A6121, from the industrial areas, are already large, heavy, dangerous and unsuitable for the infrastructure of Essendine. *The further impact of weighty vehicles on what is already a very busy and dangerous road is cause for immense concern. * The existing noise and pollution, as well as damage, has already severely affected the village without further proposed developments. * [Redacted] The proposed limiting restrictions of access to my property, for any vehicles, is of huge concern. * As a senior working gentleman I need essential vehicular access to and from my property on a regular basis. * The proposed developments, I know, will have a detrimental effect on the value of my investment [Redacted]
