As a member of the Greater Lincolnshire LEP, this development does not support the local community but destroys a vast amount of the local habitat for wildlife and much needed recreational space for local residents. The power produced will go to the railway or residences outside of the counties. In Lincolnshire, we have the world's largest off-shore wind farm which is expanding all the time. Solar panels belong on roofs of houses and industrial buildings where the energy doesn't need to be transported over great distances, using all the power rather than losing power in transport. It's not efficient and in 20 year's time, we'll be left with a ghastly area of rubbish.
