Concerns re: Collaboration of Windell Energy/Canadian Solar have no record of competency of delivering such a large operation. Size of area and loss of arable farm land at a time when we should be producing locally and reducing our carbon footprint.Concerns of impact of soil resulting in potential increase in flood risk to surrounding areas.There is almost no evidence/research into ecological impact of solar farms. Potential health risks from battery storage units if degraded or damaged. No de-commissioning plan included in application.
