  1. This development is situated in the wrong place. Only being placed here because it is close to a substation that feeds the East Coast main line and will be very lucrative for the developers. 2. A vast area of beautiful countryside will be lost including animal habitat, and a large acreage of arable land. 3.Walking on the many public footpaths, horse riding on the bridleways and cycling on the country lanes will also be affected and deprive people of recreational activities. 4.Solar Panels are not a particularly efficient form of green energy and would be better placed on roofs of all the large distribution buildings (and similar)in the country. 5.A huge construction site which will take 2 or more years to build, create extra volume of traffic on country roads which are not suitable to carry the increased load and will affect the lives of30,000+ people who reside in the Stamford area. Not just the town but the many surrounding villages. 6. The Wildlife Trust believes the loss of biodiversity estimated on sites such as these are grossly inaccurate and research I have done runs along the same lines. 7. I don't think for one moment that the developers have the environment at heart, their incentive to build this monstrous development is purely financial. The finished site with its high fences, lighting and low level noise will truly be a huge blot on our beautiful landscape. 8. We owe it to our children and grandchildren to try our utmost to save this wonderful countryside for them to enjoy in the future. When will people wake up and realise that taking the most convenient and easy option is seldom the correct way forward.
