The project is net-negative. Huge disruption to local residents during building. The impact on an important historical town will affect locals and the tourism industry, vital to this area. Well-being of local residents, both physical and mental. Landscape industrialised, separation from nature. Loss of valuable farm land. Food production will suffer. Damage to wildlife and nature as a whole. The solar panels poison the earth. Solar panels will only give 11% of said output. Not green, not cheap, useless in our climate. The people are saying no. This is our land, our villages, our towns. We do not want, need or support government net zero targets, we did not vote for this and we do not accept the scaring of our lands.
